Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns of British Berkefeld & Doulton products are a rare occurrence due to their high customer satisfaction rate. If for any reason you do not want your order after it has been placed, it will be treated as a return. If you are dissatisfied with an item(s) you purchased from us that has all returned items returned in brand new, unused unopened and in 100% saleable condition, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date. Returns or Exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days of the purchase date. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless there was an error made by us. The item(s) must be unused or assembled and returned in the original retail box/packaging. If an item is returned damaged by personal handling or return shipping and not returned in a re-saleable condition, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. You must contact us within 30 days to qualify for a refund or exchange. If the 30-day period has expired since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Due to health concerns, All filters are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

In the case of a return, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees, insurance, and a 15 % restocking fee for the item(s). Restocking fees are imposed by the manufacturer. Once there is a confirmed receipt of the item(s), CanadaWaterFilter.ca will refund 85% of your original purchase price minus the original shipping charges. A refund will be issued back to your credit card or by an Interac/ Bank e–Transfer.

In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for return and re-shipping fees, insurance, and a 15% restocking fee for the item(s). Restocking fees are imposed by the manufacturer. Once there is a confirmed receipt of the item(s), CanadaWaterFilter.ca will contact the customer regarding any exchange fees.

In the case, your order is missing an item(s) or is damaged upon receipt you may request a replacement at no cost within 30 days from the product purchase date.  We will send you a postage label to send any damaged item(s) back to us. You must contact us within 30 days to qualify for an opportunity to replace the item per the Warranty. If the 30-day period has expired since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement.
